Welcome to the 2.0 Update!

This is Rankify's first major update. Thank you for your continued support and we hope you'll enjoy this major feature release.

In 2.0, we are introducing:

  • [MAJOR FEATURE] List Rankings! You can now create rankings using lists instead of the draggable chart. This allows you to rate albums without having to dial down to a number, which is useful for quicker sessions or first listens on new albums.
  • List Rankings can be shared as landscape or portrait PNGs.
  • List Rankings support the Global Average; the community's aggregated list for any given album can be viewed.
  • Profile pages now display List Rankings.
  • Public pages now display List Rankings.

Quality of Life:

  • Explicit badge positioning adjusted for long titles.
  • Rankings for albums removed from the Apple Music catalogue can now be viewed (not edited).
  • Users will now be notified of new features upon logging in.
  • General layout sizing adjustments.

The following bugs were fixed:

  • Global-to-User animation breaking after panning fixed.
  • Public page nodes are now correctly not draggable and the choppy animation has been fixed.
  • Usernames now cannot have spaces (any current usernames with spaces have been adjusted with underscores).

Enjoy the new features and stay tuned for more. As always, if you have any suggestions or concerns, reach out at [email protected]. Thanks for trying it out, you’re awesome.
